A Dog Play Session is a structured off-lead group play experience held in our private, fully enclosed 1-acre field. Dogs enjoy social interaction, enrichment games, and plenty of exercise in a safe, secure environment under close supervision.

We limit our groups to 6-8 dogs per session. This ensures a calm, controlled environment where every dog can play safely and enjoy positive social experiences.
Q: Can any dog join the Play Sessions?
All dogs must be dog-friendly and pass an initial assessment before joining. We carefully match dogs by temperament and play style to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Q: How does transport work for Play Sessions?
We offer collection and drop-off as part of the service. Dogs travel safely in our professionally fitted van, equipped with secure, non-movable dog cages.

Home Visits
Q: What’s included in a Home Visit?
Our Home Visits last up to 30 minutes and can include a short 20-minute walk if your dog is able. If walking isn’t suitable, we’ll provide enrichment games and companionship at home, along with any basic care needs (water top-ups, treats, etc.).
Q: Will my dog be walked on every visit?
If your dog enjoys or requires a walk, we’ll include a short one within the visit. If not, we’ll focus on play, enrichment and company at home.
Q: Can you feed my dog or give medication during a visit?
Yes, we’re happy to follow your dog’s care routine, including feeding and administering basic medication during the visit, just let us know the details when you book.

Q: What kind of treats do you sell?
We offer a range of natural, healthy dog treats made from ethically sourced, single-ingredient animal products, ideal for training, chewing, or rewards.

Q: Are you insured?
Yes! Flintastics Ltd is fully insured for all services, including dog transport, walking, home visits, and field play sessions. We are also first aid trained, and DBS checked.
Q: Will my dog meet you before their first session?
Absolutely! we always arrange a meet and greet before confirming your booking. This helps us get to know your dog and ensures they feel comfortable with us.
